The LLC is an online library of all your favorite endodontic topics, speakers and articles, available 24/7 at your convenience.
What content is available in the Annual Subscription?
You get unlimited access from July 1 to June 30 of the following year to the entire LLC library:
- Session recordings from AAE meetings (Annual Sessions, Fall Conferences)
- Speaker handouts, bios and MP3 files for portable listening
- Journal of Endodontics articles
- Colleagues clinical newsletters
What is the format of Live Learning Center content?
Sessions from the meetings are captured live and compiled into a multimedia file that synchronizes the speaker's voice with their presentation. These files can be played on any computer or they can be downloaded in an MP3 format for portable listening. Handouts for the session are also available in PDF format.
Journal of Endodontics articles and Colleagues clinical newsletters are PDF documents.
Can I purchase a CD/DVD-ROM of the meeting content?
As of July 1st, 2012, CD/DVD-ROMs are no longer being sold

$500 How can I purchase the Annual Subscription?
For members, subscriptions are available at a discounted rate on your membership dues invoice. Now through May 1, 2013 members can purchase the 2013-2014 subscription at a discounted rate and receive access immediately. That's two months access free!
Nonmembers can purchase the subscription at any time. An AAE username and password is needed to purchase the subscription. Contact the Membership Department at membership@aae.org to obtain this access information. Learn more about becoming an AAE member to receive the reduced subscription member rate.
Can I earn CE credit?
Yes, if you purchase the Annual Subscription, you will have access to 700+ hours of CE. CE credit is awarded on an hour-for-hour basis.
To earn CE credit, you must:
- View/read the content entirely
- Complete an evaluation
- Complete a test with a score of 70% or higher
- Download or print your Verification of Participation letter available under "My CE Summary"
Is CE credit obtained through the LLC "approved?"
The American Association of Endodontists is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider and a recognized provider in Florida (#PP0049), with the AGD (#4401) and in California (#2030). ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to ADA CERP at www.ada.org/cerp.
The AAE provides this material for the purposes of continuing education and the merits and relevance of each presentation are to be determined by each viewer/listener. Presentations may include opinion, speculation and other statements not verifiable in the scientific method. Listeners should use their best judgment in evaluating the merits of any content.
How long will I have access to content through the Annual Subscription?
Subscriptions are valid from July 1 through June 30 of the following year, and can be renewed annually. You will always have access to view and print the CE you have earned through "My CE Summary."
Will content ever be taken down?
In order to ensure LLC content is up-to-date and clinically accurate based on current standards, AAE committees will review it every three years after the original release date.
Content that is no longer current but offers historical relevance will be posted under a separate "Archive" section on the LLC. Online CE will not be available for archived content. Content that is significantly inaccurate and may jeopardize patient care by the techniques, materials, etc. presented will be permanently removed from the LLC.
Can I preview sessions before purchasing the Annual Subscription?
Yes. Preview sessions are available, 24/7. Read session descriptions and explore the many functions of the LLC while watching an actual recording or viewing a sample newsletter.
What are the system requirements to view the meeting content?
In order to watch a session recording, you need Adobe Flash Player 9 or higher. To download the latest version, click on the logo below.
Apple products do not support Adobe Flash Player, so conversion software may be needed. If you are accessing the recordings via your Mac desktop or laptop and cannot play the recordings, you may wish to download flip4mac or VLC Media Player.
If you would like to access the recordings via your iPhone or iPad, a different browser is needed. Click on the App Store icon and search for the Skyfire Web Browser. Download this and use it instead of Safari to access all features of the Live Learning Center. This app may not work on all iPhones or iPads.
I already attend an AAE meeting in person – why should I use the LLC?
Nothing can replace the "live" meeting experience. However, if you missed a live session you wanted to attend, found a presentation so valuable that you plan to use them as training tools for colleagues, or wish to add them to your personal, this is your resource!
