Description
This program gives dentists and residents different perspectives from successful Pediatric Dentists that have been involved in organized dentistry while running a busy schedule. The panel of speakers includes specialists from different backgrounds, including academe, public health, research (PhD), private practice- solo, group/associate and combined ortho/pedo practice. The panel offers a fresh outlook on what they do, how they started their practice, the discernment process, the transition from residency to the “real world” (i.e. starting salaries, time commitment, balancing your loan repayment, etc.) and other pearls of wisdom about our exciting field of pediatric dentistry.
