A new product (Icon) has been developed that treats both proximal and aproximal early caries without surgical intervention. Icon resin creates a diffusion barrier through the affected enamel blocking caries progression. We will review current scientific literature on Icon. Clinical applications and techniques will be demonstrated and discussed.
