Objectives:
- The participant will be able to describe the risks associated with TB/HIV in Africa.
- The participant will be able to explain why nurses and ICP’s are in short supply.
- The participant will be able to list measures that can reduce nosocomial TB to patients and HCW’s.
- Describe the risks associated with nosocomial TB and HIV in Africa.
- List measures that reduce transmission of nosocomial TB between patients and HCWs.
