Objectives:
- Explain the history of IC development in Viet Nam. Viet Nam has a very short history with implementing an IC system at the national level. Retrospective analysis of the time key improvements were made to the national IC system reveal an association with national and international disease outbreaks such as SARS, A/H5N1 and pandemic H1N1 2009.
