The Intelligent Association is about sustaining knowledge — and using it well — to ensure that value is being received. Building on "knowledge, trust, and nimbleness," this session will focus on key issues in six major areas that are components of the Intelligent Association: governance, strategic intent and direction, formative (ongoing) evaluation, brand behavior, information exchange, and the leadership team.
