Description
This two part Learning Lab will be jam-packed with information invaluable to those thinking of purchasing a new AMS/CRM, those just starting or those in the throes of implementation. Part A will focus on the selection process - from how to assess your current AMS/CRM application, to performing a Needs Analysis and Business Process Review, to preparing a useful RFP, to vendor selection and contract negotiation. Panels moderated by leading AMS consultants will ask challenging questions of both association executives and vendors, aimed towards giving the audience real-life feedback and pragmatic perspectives on the do's and don'ts in how to assess your association's requirements and select an AMS/CRM that best matches your needs and expectations. This is a perfect venue for getting a high-level overview on what it takes to successfully select and implement an AMS/CRM database, and caters to both large and small organizations.

Objective:

1. Participants will learn what factors are key to a successful AMS assessment and selection project.

2. Takeaway a White paper written by two leading industry consultants detailing the assessment and selection process for an AMS/CRM database.

3. How to set and manage client and vendor expectations.
