Description
Given today's state of technology it doesn't make sense to build all technology solutions from scratch. It's also unwise to think that vendor solutions will be 100% suitable to current and evolving business needs. A better option is to buy solutions that have been built for mass use and then customize the modules to address unique business needs as they emerge and evolve. Develop a game plan to determine what to buy and what to customize and understand both the role and limitations of customization.

Learning Objectives & Key Takeaways
Learn a game plan for determining what to buy and what to customize, Understand the role and limitations of customization, Exposure to real-life examples illustrating an effective mix of buy and customization
