EEI faced a number of unique challenges using SharePoint for their public-facing site, eei.org, including Microsoft licensing, AMS integration, layout/design requirements and custom functionality. EEI used Microsoft’s Business Data Catalog to integrate real time meetings and event data from NetForum and developed a custom application on the site for email newsletter creation
