Description
The National Council of Catholic Women (NCCW) came into the recession in precarious financial shape with a declining membership, an outdated membership structure, an antiquated governance structure, and office operations that were in disarray. Learn some lessons from NCCW’s efforts to rebuild their organization and find out how, even in an economic downturn, without a large staff, deep pockets or time, an organization can begin to re-invent itself if it has the leadership, guidance, and the will to change.
