The facilitator will discuss a two-year effort to rebuild and rebrand a national membership association. Highlights will include a discussion of how to work with your Board, partners, and staff to undertake activities and initiatives that will reinvigorate your association and improve member, staff and Board functioning. With a "top ten" list of lessons learned from his experience, the facilitator will lead an interactive session allowing participants to plan, self-reflect and learn.
