Using the NAACP’s own organizational structure and strategic paln as an example, we will discuss how to leverage the relationship between national staff and components. Participants will learn how to train, motivate, and communicate effective strategies that simplify and inspire their volunteers to tackle BHAGs. Result: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
