Description
Attrition occurs when friction, stress or apathy interferes in the relationship between the organization and its members. Understanding the cause and effect of these events is the first step to understanding your membership environment. This session combines the knowledge of successful attrition strategies with current issues and actual questions raised by ASAE members (via list serve) and conference participants. Questions will be addressed in a real-time environment with interactive group discussion - focused on concepts relating to attrition and attrition reduction. The role of member research to identify attrition causes and solutions will also be discussed.
