Description
The elements of strategic planning—mission/vision, goals and objectives, strategies and tactics are well known and widely used. Less known are strategies for evaluating the plan. Did it work? If not, why not? Evaluation is a process for not only proving success but for improving the probability of it. You will identify techniques for diagnosing problems in executing the plan and how to address them; organizational barriers to success and how to eliminate them; and staff/member performance requirements for implementing the plan.
