To serve international constituencies, organizations increasingly elect or appoint leaders from different parts of the world to serve on their committees and boards. While these international leaders can contribute valuable insights and experiences to an organization, they also often have very different approaches, expectations and motivations. This session will offer ideas on how to work most productively with international leaders who have diverse perspectives.
