Every business must do two things. First, it must provide adequate compensation for both the managers and employees. Second, it must provide an adequate return on investment for the owners. Association management companies are not exempt from these needs.This session will review the results of two recent IAAMC Surveys—the Compensation Survey and the Financial Benchmarks Survey. The program will not just review the numbers, though, it will talk about how to make them better. It will set some specific targets for association managers and provide some guidelines on how to get there.
