Description
An innovative culture can help organizations generate long lasting success. Is your organization prepared to take on the innovation challenge? Drawing on the experiences of a broad range of associations, this session will explore the characteristics of association board and staff cultures that foster innovation, steps that participants can take to raise the “innovation potential” of their organizations, and the impact of an innovation-friendly board and staff culture on the processes of strategic thinking and governance.
