Doing routine work faster, easier and more efficiently is of highest priority to AMC owners and principals. But is technology a help or a hindrance? This session will allow AMC owners to hear the results of a funded research project that focused on measuring innovation and productivity in an information-based economy. The research results may also shed some light on some of the realistic "disruptions to productivity" that are often are associated with the implementation of a new technology!
