Joan Eisenstodt, chief strategist at Eisenstodt Assocs., LLC in Washington, DC, has been an active PCMA member for more than 20 years and is active in other industry associations as well. Joan, a recent recipient of a lifetime achievement honor as an educator from the PCMA Foundation, is a trainer, facilitator and consultant in the meetings industry where she has worked for more than 35 years. Joan’s industry passions are meeting content development and formatting, contracts, and strong process to reach results. She has served on numerous committees in PCMA and other industry associations and is an inductee in the CIC Hall of Leaders.
