Description
We’ve heard them a million times. Basic principles that are said so often, we don’t even question them anymore. But what if they’re wrong? What if the current best thinking has changed and the customer ISN’T always right? What if seeing ISN’T believing and instead you can create what you see by changing what you believe?

These and other myths will be busted wide open during this interactive session that introduces new perspectives on old business thinking with a mix of stories, videos, pictures, and activities.

Time drags in a two hour session the last day of the conference, right? Maybe in the old way of thinking…but not this one! Come join us to find out why!

  • Better define who the customer is and ISN'T.
  • Evaluate updated thinking around age old business principles.
  • Explain one of the main reasons why meetings aren't successful, even if the right people are there.
