Dr. Bair is board certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Internal Medicine, Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry. He obtained a special MBA for physician administrator from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. He is the Director for the Veterans Rural Health Resource Center – Western Region. He is a Professor of Internal Medicine and Psychiatry at the University Of Utah School Of Medicine and an Adjunct Professor at the University Of Utah School Of Nursing. His research interests include health care delivery systems, decision support systems, and disruptive behaviors in cognitively impaired elders.

Robert Hill, Ph.D., is a Professor of Educational Psychology at the University of Utah. He is also a member of the Rural Health Resource Center: Western Region team. Dr. Hill has published extensively in areas related to healthcare delivery, geriatrics, and the role of technology in outreach efforts in rural settings. In 2003 he was a Fulbright Scholar in the Netherlands examining innovative strategies in healthcare delivery to geriatric patients through the Brain and Behavior Institute at Maastricht University, NL. He is a licensed psychologist in Utah and is board certified through the American Board of Professional Psychology.
