Bonnie is the CNO/Grants Management Director for Roanoke Chowan Community Health Center in NC. She and her team have implemented the first community and home telehealth program, Patient Provider Community Telehealth Network, in the US, in 2006. Prior to this position she served as VP of Clinical Development for a Telehealth Vendor and implemented over 300 telehomecare programs. Prior to this, she implemented the first Telehomecare Program in NC in 1997. Bonnie chaired ATA’s Clinical Guideline Task Force and served on the ATA BOD for 4 years and currently the Vice Chair for ATA’s Remote Monitoring Special Interest Group.
