Dr. Antoniotti is Marshfield Clinic’s TeleHealth Director, receiving attention for pioneering efforts in the advancement of TeleHealth. Dr. Antoniotti has presented at conferences on business planning, operations, evaluation, HIPAA, TeleHealth standards, and legal and regulatory issues in TeleHealth. Dr. Antoniotti is Chair of ATA’s Standards and Guidelines Committee, is past-chair and current member of ATA’s Policy Committee, and is a past Board Member of ATA. In 2007, Dr. Antoniotti received ATA’s President’s Award for Individual Achievement and in 2009 was inducted into ATA’s College of Fellows for her contributions to ATA and the world of telemedicine.

Dr. Jill Winters the Dean and a Professor in the Columbia College of Nursing in Milwaukee, WI. She has received more than $6 million in funding for her research and has been continuously funded since 1995. Her research has focused on interventions to improve outcomes in individuals with cardiopulmonary disease, accessibility of medical instrumentation for persons with disabilities, and telehealth applications for remote monitoring, disease management, and telepharmacy. She has published multiple book chapters and articles in a variety of books and journals. She is the past Co-Chair of the Telehealth Nursing SIG and serves on the ATA Standards Committee.
