Dr. Rabinowitz heads the University of Vermont/Fletcher Allen Health Care telepsychiatry services. He specializes in telemental health consultations to nursing homes and geriatric psychiatry.

Dr. Yellowlees completed his Board Certification in Psychiatry and a research Doctorate in Australia before becoming Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Queensland, and Founding Director of the Center for Online Health. He moved to UC Davis in 2004 to continue his research in telemedicine and eHealth and has an international reputation in telemedicine and long distance health and education delivery. He is presently working on projects involving e-mail, video consultation services, and the use of virtual reality for health education on the Internet. He is currently Director of the Graduate Program in Health Informatics and Professor of Psychiatry at UC Davis.
