Javeed Siddiqui, MD, MPH is the Associate Medical Director at the Center for Health and Technology and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine, Division of Infectious and Immunologic Diseases, School of Medicine, University of California, Davis. At the Center for Health and Technology Dr. Siddiqui serves as medical director for the telemedicine program and has been actively involved in HIV/AIDS and Infectious Diseases telemedicine since 2002. In addition, Dr. Siddiqui provides in-patient infectious diseases telemedicine consultations and leads the telemedicine efforts on the Enhancing Surge Capacity and Partnership Effort project.

George Wu, Technical Manager, UC Davis Health System - Center for Health & Technology
George Wu is the Technical Manager for the UC Davis Health System (UCDHS) Center for Health and Technology and Telemedicine Program. Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and certification in network system engineering. In this role Mr. Wu provides leadership to the telemedicine program, conducting research on current products and technological solutions, providing expertise in advanced troubleshooting and serves as a technical consultant to hospitals, clinics and state facilities throughout the country. Mr. Wu is the ATA SIG Technical Liaison to Dermatology for 2009/2010 and has presented nationally on the technical aspects of telemedicine applications.
Aaron Edward Blair, MD, MS, Associate Professor, Department of Emergency Medicine, UC Davis Health System
Aaron Edward Bair, MD, MS; Associate Professor, Department of Emergency Medicine; Director, Emergency Medicine Simulation and Disaster Management. Dr. Bair is the Director of Emergency Medicine Disaster Preparedness, as well as the Director for Residency Simulation Training. He is the principle investigator on a 2007 California State Department of Health Services award for Computational Modeling of Pandemic Influenza, work done in collaboration with Cornell University and Sandia National Labs. A Research Scholar for the Office of Health Affairs, Department of Homeland Security, Washington, D.C., he is also Medical Director and Editor-in-Chief of TheAirwaySite.com and Associate Editor, Journal Watch Emergency Medicine.
Christian Sandrock, MD, MPH, FCCP, Assistant Professor of Medicine, UC Davis Health System
Christian Sandrock, MD, MPH, FCCP, is a nationally recognized expert in influenza. Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Divisions of Infectious Diseases, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at UC Davis Health System, Dr. Sandrock serves as the Medical Director of the ICU, Deputy Health Officer for Yolo County, and advisor to federal, state and local agencies on influenza and other pulmonary and infectious diseases. Dr. Sandrock has been interviewed nationally on the topic of H1N1, has performed research and published in the area of zoonanosis, and is an active member of the American College of Chest Physicians
