Dr. Harris is President and Chief Executive Officer of Vesalius Ventures, Inc., a venture capital accelerator, that invests in early-stage companies in Medical Informatics and Technology. A veteran astronaut for over fifteen years, he has logged more than 438 hours and traveled over 7.2 million miles in space. Dr. Harris was at NASA for ten years, where he conducted research in musculoskeletal physiology and disuse osteoporosis. Later, as Head of the Exercise Countermeasure Project, he conducted clinical investigations of space adaptation and developed in-flight medical devices to extend Astronaut stays in space, which involved the use of telemetry.

Stewart Ferguson, PhD, Director, Alaska Federal Health Care Access Network (AFHCAN)
Stewart Ferguson Ph.D. is Director of the Alaska Federal Health Care Access Network (AFHCAN) in Anchorage, Alaska with deployments throughout Alaska, the United States, and multiple other countries. Dr. Ferguson has over twenty years of progressive computer and research experience in academic, industrial, biomedical and business environments. He has been involved in software development for CT scanners, theoretical solutions for the forward and inverse problems in biomagnetism, and imaging techniques for cardiac activity. He currently serves on the Board of the ATA. He holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Biomedical Engineering, and B.S. degrees in both Mathematics and Electrical Engineering.
Dr. Weinstein graduated from Tufts Medical School, and did his internship and residency in pathology at Massachusetts General Hospital, and Harvard. He was an academic pathology department chair for over 30 years and has over 400 professional publications. Dr. Weinstein is founding Director of the national-award winning Arizona Telemedicine Program. Arizona Telemedicine Network links over 170 sites, including hospitals on the Navajo, Hopi and Apache Indian reservations, state prisons, and mental health centers in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Central America. It has provided over 600,000 teleconsultations, and is also an international leader in telemedicine.
Nina M. Antoniotti, RN, MBA, PhD, Director of TeleHealth, Marshfield Clinic TeleHealth
Dr. Antoniotti is Marshfield Clinic’s TeleHealth Director, receiving attention for pioneering efforts in the advancement of TeleHealth. Dr. Antoniotti has presented at conferences on business planning, operations, evaluation, HIPAA, TeleHealth standards, and legal and regulatory issues in TeleHealth. Dr. Antoniotti is Chair of ATA’s Standards and Guidelines Committee, is past-chair and current member of ATA’s Policy Committee, and is a past Board Member of ATA. In 2007, Dr. Antoniotti received ATA’s President’s Award for Individual Achievement and in 2009 was inducted into ATA’s College of Fellows for her contributions to ATA and the world of telemedicine.
Christine Martin, MBA, PMP, Executive Director, California Telemedicine & eHealth Center (CTEC)
Christine Martin is the Executive Director of the California Telemedicine and eHealth Center (CTEC). Ms. Martin directs the efforts of CTEC, including working with organizations statewide to develop and expand telemedicine networks and increase access to health care in rural and underserved areas. Ms. Martin has extensive experience in telemedicine and ehealth. Ms. Martin is one of the nation’s leaders in developing high volume multi-site telemedicine programs, having developed the third largest telemedicine program in the
