Jay H. Sanders, M.D. is President and CEO of The Global Telemedicine Group, Professor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine (Adjunct), and a founding board member of the American Telemedicine Association where he serves as President Emeritus. Presently, Dr. Sanders is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Federal Communications Commission Universal Service Administrative Corporation, and is Chairman of its Rural Health Care Committee. He served as a member of the National Library of Medicine's Long Range Planning Committee and as President and a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Friends of the National Library of Medicine.

Julie Hall-Barrow, EdD, Center for Distance Health Educational Director, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences
Julie Hall-Barrow, EdD, is the Director of Education for the Center for Distance Health, where she oversees all areas of the educational programs and provides training, communications, and resources to networks across the state. She has published in peer-reviewed journals in the areas of health promotion, wellness, occupational health, and telemedicine. Now leading the center’s pediatric telehealth initiatives and stroke telehealth initiatives, Dr. Hall-Barrow has collaborated with pediatricians, neonatologists, and emergency physicians throughout Arkansas to pioneer new, telemedicine applications. Dr. Hall-Barrow has been a leader in the field of education, health care, and telemedicine over the last 16 years.
Dr. Sakles is an internationally recognized airway expert with many years of experience teaching and researching emergency airway management. His particular interest is in optically assisted intubation, especially video laryngoscopy. He has published the largest single institution study on emergency department intubations and has been a long standing faculty member of "The Difficult Airway Course: Emergency".
