Rhonda Chetney, MS, RN is the Director of Clinical Support Services for Intel Corporation’s Digital Health Group. In this role she and her team of experts help customers implement technology solutions to improve health care globally. She has 13 years experience in implementing telehealth programs in a home care setting. Prior to joining Intel in 2007, Rhonda has been managing home care and hospice agencies for the past 20 years.
Ivan Brandslund has many years of experience working with chronic patients. He has for the last couple of years been Director of the Laboratory at Vejle Hospital. Here he has been the anchorman in establishing a better and safer treatment for patients in anticoagulation treatment. Since Ivan Brandslund graduated as a doctor he has worked within the fields of research and also in more administrative functions as a member of both national and international committees. He is passionate in his work with clinical biochemistry.

Dave is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and a five-time Commander who was promoted ahead of his peers. He has excelled as a senior program manager in engineering, information technology, healthcare, quality and performance improvement, personnel management, organizational motivation, environmental protection, construction, and facilities operation and maintenance.
James A. Mathers, MD, President, American College of Chest Physicians
James A. L. Mathers, Jr, MD, FCCP has 30 years private practice experience in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. Dr. Mathers received his medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians where he completed a Pulmonary Fellowship. His practice has a robust clinical research program focused on diseases of the chest. Dr. Mathers’ interest in Telemedicine began when his group partnered with HCA to implement an e-ICU Dr. Mathers has served the American College of Chest Physicians in numerous leadership roles including President for 2008/2009. He is a member of the Board of Directors, Virginia Telehealth Network.
