Madan Dharmar, MBBS, PhD, Assistant Research Professor, University of California Davis Children's Hospital
Dr. Madan Dharmar is Assistant Research Professor in Pediatric Telemedicine Program in the Center for Health and Technology at UC Davis Children's Hospital. His area of interest is health services research, specifically in quality of care and satisfaction of care in children. His research focus is in the development of quality measures to evaluate health care. He is currently working on research projects evaluating the impact of telemedicine in the pediatric critical care consultation and child abuse consultation in Northern California.

Neil Herendeen, MD, MBA, Medical Director; Health-e-Access, University of Rochester
Dr Herendeen is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Rochester and involved in a number of clinical projects to enhance the delivery of primary care to vulnerable children. He is medical director of the Health-e-Access telemedicine program delivering acute illness visits to schools and childcare centers over the Internet as well as continuity clinic director at Golisano Children's Hospital. He is vice chair of the ATA Pediatric Special Interest Group and co-author of multiple articles documenting the safety and efficacy of integrating telemedicine into primary care pediatric offices.
James P. Marcin, MD, MPH, Professor, UC Davis Children's Hospital
Dr. James Marcin, is Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at the UC Davis Medical Center. He works in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the UC Davis Children’s Hospital and is the Director of the UC Davis Children’s Hospital Telemedicine Program at the Center for Health and Technology. His expertise includes pediatric critical care and emergency medicine telemedicine and quality of care measures. He is investigating the impact of telemedicine on the quality of care delivered to acutely ill and injured children, while simultaneously addressing access barriers and disparities in quality delivered to critically ill children.
Kathleen Webster, MD, Associate Professor, Loyola University Medical Center
Dr. Kathleen Webster, Associate Professor of Pediatrics, is Director of Pediatric Critical Care and Pediatric Quality Improvement at Loyola University Medical Center. After residency at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital St. Louis and fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Webster served as Medical Director of the Pediatric ICU at University of Kansas before joining Loyola. Her main interests focus on telemedicine and its application in Quality Improvement. She has presented on topics related to telemedicine and quality improvement at local, regional and national conferences. Dr Webster also holds several certificates in health care management/leadership and is currently completing an MBA.
