Jill Winters, PhD, RN, Dean and Professor, Columbia College of Nursing
Dr. Jill Winters the Dean and a Professor in the Columbia College of Nursing in Milwaukee, WI. She has received more than $6 million in funding for her research and has been continuously funded since 1995. Her research has focused on interventions to improve outcomes in individuals with cardiopulmonary disease, accessibility of medical instrumentation for persons with disabilities, and telehealth applications for remote monitoring, disease management, and telepharmacy. She has published multiple book chapters and articles in a variety of books and journals. She is the past Co-Chair of the Telehealth Nursing SIG and serves on the ATA Standards Committee.

Joe, a graduate from Temple University School of Nursing, has worked as a trauma critical care nurse for over 3 years. Prior to becoming a critical care nurse, Joe was a traveling surgical nurse for 6 years. Joe now serves as the Penn E-lert's Outcomes Coordinator and is responsible for effecting patient outcomes through clinical inquiry and quality initiations. Joe is also responsible for educating all staff about the function of the online documentation system and how it plays a vital role with Penn E-lert. Joe is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Clinical Research Trials from Drexel University

Graduated Lamar University in Beaumont TX 1980 with BSN. Received a Masters in Nursing -Geriatric Nurse Practitioner in 1997 from UT Health Science Center Houston Texas. Employed by Geriatric Associates of America PA. Initiated the call center in 1997. It has grown from one NP to a staff of 7 RN’s (Now known as the Immediate Response Call Center or IRCC). I am a member & attended the AAACN Telehealth Nursing Practice Core Course (2004), member of ATA and currently President Elect of the local GAPNA chapter: Gulf Coast Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Group. Also a member of GAPNA, AMDA, ANA/TNA
Donna Williams, RN, Call Center Manager, ANGELS, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences
Donna Williams, RN is an obstetrical nurse specializing in triage and care of high-risk pregnant women living in Arkansas. Mrs. Williams leads the 24/7 ANGELS Call Center, which administers evidence-based care to callers with pregnancy complications and concerns, arranging emergency transport when needed. Managing a staff of obstetrical RN nurses, Mrs. Williams is a leader in Call Center operations, a service that recently graduated to include interactive video integration through a prison-based obstetrical contract. Mrs. Williams oversees distant care of women contacting ANGELS Call Center, while also providing support to Arkansas’ rural providers.
