Dr. Lisa Roberts is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and is the Clinical and National Sales Manager for Viterion TeleHealthcare, a Business of Bayer Healthcare. Dr. Roberts has published over twenty publications, including first authorship in Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology and Overcoming Addictions: Skills training for People with Schizophrenia, and co-authored papers in the New England Journal of Medicine, American Journal of Psychiatry, Psychiatric Services, Drug and Alcohol Dependence, Psychology of Addictive Behaviors, and Professional Psychology: Research and Practice and Journal of Traumatic Stress. In 2006, Dr. Roberts became the Vice Chair for the American Telemedicine Association TeleMentalhealth Special Interest Group.

Peter Yellowlees, MBBS, MD, Professor of Psychiatry, UC Davis, Director of the Health Informatics Graduate Program, UC Davis
Dr. Yellowlees completed his Board Certification in Psychiatry and a research Doctorate in Australia before becoming Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Queensland, and Founding Director of the Center for Online Health. He moved to UC Davis in 2004 to continue his research in telemedicine and eHealth and has an international reputation in telemedicine and long distance health and education delivery. He is presently working on projects involving e-mail, video consultation services, and the use of virtual reality for health education on the Internet. He is currently Director of the Graduate Program in Health Informatics and Professor of Psychiatry at UC Davis.
Phil Hirsch, PhD, Founder and Principal, Access Psychiatry
Phil Hirsch, PhD is the founder and principal of Access Psychiatry. After more than 22 years as a practicing psychologist, he now serves as a consultant for telemental health and behavioral integration projects throughout the US, in both rural and urban settings, and often for un-served or underserved populations. His core competencies include grant research and writing, plan development, stakeholder outreach, clinical modeling and financial forecasting, implementation and fidelity testing for telemental health and behavioral health integration projects.
Robert N. Cuyler, PhD, Senior Vice President, Diamond Healthcare, Inc.
Robert N. Cuyler, Ph.D., is Senior Vice President of Diamond Healthcare, Inc. He has successfully established psychiatric telemedicine programs in more than 20 rural hospitals and physician offices over the past 9 years. Dr. Cuyler received his Ph.D. in Psychology from Louisiana State University and Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the Menninger Foundation. Dr. Cuyler served as president of the Association for Ambulatory Behavioral Healthcare and previously was a member of the National Institute of Mental Health’s National Mental Health Leadership Council. Dr. Cuyler is a Life Science Advisor of the Rice University Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship.
