Ms. McClosky Armstrong has over 30 years of experience in the development and management of healthcare services. As director of the Eastern Montana Telemedicine Network, Thelma is responsible for the overall management of a 34-site interactive videoconferencing network providing medical and mental health services, continuing professional education and administrative services throughout eastern and central Montana, northern Wyoming and western North Dakota. In 2009 Ms McClosky Armstrong was elected to the first class of the American Telemedicine Association College of Fellows.

Cindy Leenknecht has over 25 years of experience as a nurse, during which time she has had an interest in technology and its ability to aid care delivery. As the Director of Partners in Health Telemedicine Network, she strives to meet the healthcare needs of Monatanans through the use of telehealth in the promotion, support and development of clinical service delivery. PHTN has been a vested research partner in home telehealth applications for heart failure and diabetes. Based upon her clinical experience, persistence and passion for using technology to effectively aid in patient care delivery where and when its needed.
Koppy has almost 14 years of experience working with computer, communications and tele-video technologies. With Benefis since 1998, he moved from the IT department into a newly created position of technical specialist for the REACH Montana Telehealth Network in July of 2004 to lead the telehealth network in its conversion from an ISDN-based network to it’s current platform of IT-based network service both data and tele-video communication services.
Jack King, Executive Director, Northcentral Montana Healthcare Alliance
Jack W. King is the Executive Director for the Northcentral Montana Healthcare Alliance and the REACH Montana Telehealth Network (RMTN) at Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT. Mr. King is currently managing an HIT grant through the Office for Health Information Technology (OHIT) to implement EHR/EMR technology in the nine CAH member facilities within NMHA. Under his guidance, RMTN has received two RUS grants, two OHIT grants, and an OAT TNGP grant in 2003.
Doris Barta, MHA, Director, Grants Division, St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation
Doris Barta, MHA, is the Director of the Grants Division of St. Vincent Healthcare, a regional Level II Trauma Center serving southcentral Montana, Eastern North and South Dakota, Wyoming and Western Idaho. Ms. Barta has over 16 years experience working in the telehealth industry, and she was instrumental in the development of the first telemedicine network in the State of Montana. Ms. Barta has helped secure over $20 million in federal, state, and foundation support for telehealth in Montana and the Northwest Region. Ms. Barta is a member of the American Telemedicine Association Policy Committee and the ATA Bioterrorism Preparedness SIG
