Steve O'Donnell is a second year medical student at University of Rochester Medical Center. He elected to spent the 8 weeks doing a service rotation with InterVol, a Rochester, NY nonprofit organiztion, developing their ongoing telemedicaine program in a government hospital in Dangriga, Belize. He and 3 fellow students were looking at ways to enhance the progam acceptance among local doctors and nurses.

Dr. Faisal Murad is working as Program Coordinator at Telemedicine E Health training center, Pakistan. He is a fellow of College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan and a practicing General Surgeon. He was trained in Telemedicine applications at TATRC, USAMRMC and Virginia Commonwealth University, USA. He is part of ongoing Pak-US Collaboration in Telemedicine

B.S.Bedi is B.Tech. & M.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. In Department of Information Technology , his role has been in area ICT in Health Care and formulation of a nucleus set of recommended standards for telemedicine and proposing framework for IT infrastructure for Healthcare. He is heading Sub Group on Standards of Task Force for Telemedicine set up by Ministry of Health. He is Executive Committee Member of Indian Association of Medical Informatics and Vice President Telemedicine Society of India. At present, he is Adviser, Centre for Development for Advanced Computing, Ministry of Communication & IT.
