Dr. Maheu is the Executive Director of the Telemental Health Institute, Inc., where she serves in numerous capacities, including Chair of the Scientific Review Board and Editor-in-Chief & founder of SelfhelpMagazine.com, an award winning online magazine. She has just recently launched the Center for Online Couseling and Psychotherapy at www.centerforonlinecounseling.com. Further, she developed website projects for telehealth and e-health and has served on numerous national and state professional associations.

Peter Yellowlees, MBBS, MD, Professor of Psychiatry, UC Davis, Director of the Health Informatics Graduate Program, UC Davis
Dr. Yellowlees completed his Board Certification in Psychiatry and a research Doctorate in Australia before becoming Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Queensland, and Founding Director of the Center for Online Health. He moved to UC Davis in 2004 to continue his research in telemedicine and eHealth and has an international reputation in telemedicine and long distance health and education delivery. He is presently working on projects involving e-mail, video consultation services, and the use of virtual reality for health education on the Internet. He is currently Director of the Graduate Program in Health Informatics and Professor of Psychiatry at UC Davis.
"Joseph P. McMenamin holds medical and law degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, and served a straight medicine residency (1978-1981) at Emory University and Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta before joining McGuireWoods in 1985 where he practices as a partner. He is an Associate Professor at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond (Department of Legal Medicine) and is Board-certified in Legal Medicine and a Fellow of the College of Legal Medicine. Mr. McMenamin has lectured extensively on Internet-based marketing, and advises clients on managing risks and regulatory issues, including the law of pharmaceutical marketing, off-label promotion, and communication via the Internet.
