Richard Medeiros is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and has practiced Nursing for 40 years. He has specialized in Nephrology, Occupational Health and Nursing Administration. He holds a Master’s of Science degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Florida. He currently serves as the Special Projects Manager for the Veterans Health Administration Office of Care Coordination, the National Sunshine Training Center located at the Lake City Division of the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health Systemand is a certified project manager. His current position provides project management support for the National Disease Management Protocols and Patient Self-management initiatives.

Mrs. Rita Kobb has been with the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) for over twenty years. She has been a Gerontological nurse practitioner for the past 12 years. Mrs. Kobb holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from the University of Florida.
Deidre Stallings, MSN, APRN, Education Program Specialist, VHA Office of Care Coordination Services
Dede Stallings has been with the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) for twenty-five years. She was a Lead Care Coordinator for a Care Coordination/Home Telehealth Program in Anchorage, Alaska before coming to the Sunshine Training Center as an Education program Specialist in 2007. She has been a mental health nurse practitioner and has also provided telemental health services for the Department of Corrections in Alaska.
