"Dr, Ritter specializes in health, education, and technology. She has designed and implemented research and evaluation studies for statewide and national programs. These projects involved community level evaluation and facilitation, data collection and analysis, reporting writing, and working and communicating with a range of audiences and stakeholders. She is skilled in the use of analytical techniques and tools including Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and online survey software. Currently, she is a Research Manager for Walter R. McDonald & Associates, Inc, and an Assistant Professor in Nursing and Health Sciences at California State University, East Bay. For WRMA, she is the Principle Investigator for the evaluation of the California Telemedicine and eHealth Center, funded by the California Endowment. This four-year, statewide, multiple-site evaluation entails conducting needs assessments, designing and implementing paper and web-based surveys, data collection and analysis, and writing bi-annual and individual grantee reports. Past projects, including the role of the Program Manager for Building a Health San Francisco and the Program Manager of Distance Education at the National Tuberculosis Center at the University of California, San Francisco.
