The first part of this course focuses on establishing Return on Investment (ROI) for telehealth initiatives in terms of cost, time, and personnel. Participants will gain an understanding of ROI cost analysis tools to create a fiscally meaningful dialogue on the value of telepractice in their organization. The second part of this course will acquaint participants with a projected area of growth within telehealth -- telerehabilitation, and describe the role of EHRs in establishing ROI for telerehabilitation. Two case studies on the cost benefits of telerehabilitation will be presented.
