Developed for the novice to the advanced practitioner, this course will provide a detailed guide for clinical practice and future directions for telemental health. Attendees will learn about the newly completed ATA standards and guidelines document with recommendations for the clinical, technical, ethical, and administrative practice of telemental health. Experts in the field will also discuss innovative applications of telemental health clinical practice including store and forward and video teleconferencing advances, as well as the latest health research highlighting outcomes data and evidence in the field. This course will also address HIT and human factors engineering as applied to telemental health.
