This course focuses on the importance of developing electronic health records (EHR) to make telemedicine more user-friendly and accepted by patients and health care professionals. Experts will discuss the challenges, successes and lessons learned when developing and implementing electronic health records. The course will also cover how research tools, such as focus groups and usability testing, can contribute to more successful implementations of EHRs.
