"This symposium will review the top 10 nutrition papers of 2009.
The two panelists are world leaders in nutrition, have extensive
experience in reviewing the literature and serve as editors for major
journals in the area of nutrition. Each faculty member will review
five papers selected as contributing the most to the clinical nutrition
and nutrition support literature and clinical practice in the past
12 months. You will help identify the pros and cons of each paper
and then draw conclusions to determine whether or not the current
literature can be integrated into clinical practice."
