This panel discussion will focus on IR best practices in the biotech sector from seasoned public companies as well as war stories from those newly gone public. A seasoned investor relations officer will moderate a panel discussion with a chief financial officer, investment banker, buy-side analyst/portfolio manager, international IRO or CEO, and European sell-side analyst.
Objectives:
Share IR best practices on a variety of topics (e.g., Reg FD, Analyst Days, earnings, roadshows, M&A communications, IR conferences).
Offer input on best practices from various investment community stakeholders.
