Description
The ability to market and deliver goods to economies such as China, India and Brazil in the coming years offers companies compelling avenues for significant growth and revenue opportunities. With an eye toward identifying lessons that can apply toward markets for developing-world diseases, this session will draw on the experience companies have had in selling products in these "new" markets.

Objectives:
  • Help companies and investors explore how they can begin to capture greater market share by tapping these regions.

  • Educate industry leaders about a range of innovative models companies have taken to successfully market products in emerging and developing countries—benefits, challenges and possible applications to global health product development.

  • Provide information on how other companies are approaching these markets and managing the risk-benefit equation.
