Description
This session will review the latest trends, strategies and techniques that industry leaders use to execute complex large-scale bioprocess facilities in a regulated environment. Aspects of biopharmaceutical facility delivery, including strategic planning, programming, integrated facility design, and fast track commissioning and qualification will be explored.



Objectives:
  • Detail, using case studies of actual projects, the critical elements and execution through the different stages of recently delivered large-scale biopharmaceutical projects.
