Description
Recently, a Chinese court reversed the invalidation decision of the State Intellectual Property Office on one of Pfizer's Chinese patents on Viagra. Leading IP experts will give a comprehensive overview of the history and trends of IP system, share their experience of IP protection and enforcement, address IP concerns associated with biopharmaceutical companies investing in China, and discuss solutions and strategies to manage IP risks and combat IP infringement/piracy in China.
