This workshop is designed to get Board members to get their money worries out into the open, assess their current policies against those concerns, and establish policy where voids are identified.
This workshop is a prerequisite to the “Monitoring the Money” presentation that is an ideal follow-up once the Board’s policy work has been completed.
Allocate approximately 90 minutes for this workshop to allow ample time for the discussions that will unfold.
