The goal of this Board workshop is to establish an organizational culture based on agreed-upon practices that will guide all meeting participants in the future. Board members will discuss and identify meeting practices that are impeding productively, and ultimately establish practices and policy on the expectations they have of each other moving forward.
Allocate approximately 90 minutes for this workshop to allow ample time for the discussions that will unfold.
