If your clients ever complain of bodily aches and pains during or after their sessions it could be due to muscle tightness, imbalance or overuse. Did you know that a short inflexible muscle is unable to function fully and efficiently causing a decreased capacity for performance, ultimately leading to an inability to achieve fitness goals? In this session Kelly Neale, Registered Physiotherapist, will introduce some extremely valuable trainer assisted, one on one, stretching techniques frequently used in the rehab setting to help alleviate various aches and pains including shoulder, neck, low back, elbow and knee. These techniques feel so good and work so well that your clients will become addicted to them. The stretches will become a vital part of your training sessions. Your clients will feel better, perform better and keep coming back for more.
