Description
It is the most basic of our functional needs. Using gait observation as part of a client's assessment exposes many of the body's most fundamental muscle imbalances and biomechanical compensations. Gait is posture in motion and a reflection of one of the body's most fundamental central motor programs. Assessment skills and exercises to enhance gait function will be introduced. This session is 1.5 hours.
