Description
Learn about the muscle group that forms the foundation of our posture, keeps our organs tightly in place, supports our back and can really make sex fun! This muscle group has been studied for hundreds of years in eastern countries and is an important component of core training. We will discuss problems that can occur when the pelvic floor is weak. There will be examples of exercises that can be used in class and personal training sessions that will help in the strengthening and stretching of these crucial muscles and it's up to you if you want to expound the fringe benefits.
