Description
Building on the Theory of Motor Program Training by Dr. Andreo Spina, this lecture takes care of the "When, Where and How" of Motor Program Training (MPT) and how it relates to "Functional Training" (i.e. the improvement of "on-field" performance via "off-field" training). When is the best time to incorporate MTP? Where does it fall within an elite athlete's periodized program? How can MTP be performed to elicit the most effective and efficient results? Attend this lecture to find out. This is part II of a two-part series. Part I is presented Saturday 7:30 am.
